The Waring JC4000 Citrus Juicer effortlessly extracts juices from a variety of citrus fruits. This heavy-duty citrus juicer is built to commercial standards, and is designed for higher volume citrus juice production at juice bars or other locations making lots of fresh juice. The Waring JC4000 Citrus Juicer features a quiet, heavy-duty direct drive motor that runs at 1,800 RPM for maximum juice yield with a minimum of splashing. The universal reamer can juice all citrus fruits, from small limes to grapefruits. The juice collector is constructed of easy-to-clean stainless steel and has a large spout to deliver extracted juice directly into your glass. Also, the detachable plastic dome the juicing area to prevent splashes, making sure that you get the most juice out of your fruit and eliminating sticky splatter.

A great commercial juicer. We Juice lemons/limes/oranges and grapefruits daily with this machine. The cleaning is very easy and the machine is small and doesnt take up much space. ITs a great addition. r
love this juicer, so good. We use it extensively at the bar and during brunch. It gets a lot of the action and make the cocktails even better
If I were a smarter man, I would have just sucked it up and gone with a machine like this, much sooner, rather than spend, easily this much all ready on high-end hand crank models that end up wearing out.
I am juicing a case of oranges a day as well as a smaller amount of limes. The Warning Commercial Products were highly recommended and I find that this juicer lives up to it's reputation. As I am a new juicing enterprise I will return with a updated review after putting it through it's paces. I must say that I had concerns purchasing a product from the internet, in that I much rather have a living human as my contact. WebRestaurant has made it easier for me to enter into the virtual purchasing world, their representatives are extremely quick and knowledgable. I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
I worked in a latin restaurant before and we juiced so many citrus fruits it wasn't even funny. This sped up the process so much compared to the garbage one we were using before.
