These break constantly (the screw thread feet collapse and loose theior threading, which means they can't be replaced. The handle and cutter or so poorly designed and imprecisely manufactured, that the blades go into the plastic itself leaving plastic in the food below and even breaking the metal blades after only a few uses!

This cutter or should I say chopper is GREAT! We have a food truck that serves real Mexican food. So you can guess how much onion, tomato, etc we chop for pico de Gallo, etc. I bought this thinking I don’t want to dice all of these veggies. This chopper does the job. I have not had one issue with it. Just be careful because the blades are sharp. They reduce my prep time to a quarter of the time.

Truly one of the worst products I've ever wasted money on. Blade ended up in customer's food. These things fall apart with minimal use.

Less than a year of use and blades and block are mostly broken...buying replacement parts cost almost the same as a new unit. Switching to Nemco now.

Has been working for two years straight without any issues. I did sharpen the blades once. I wish it had just a little wider gap to fit a 6" tall quarter pan under it. It is easy to clean and requires very little maintenance. Just clean daily after use.

We tested this for using in out production of sauces and it seriously cut down on the time it took to cut onions. It is very solid, heavy construction and we cut through the onions in an instant with little effort. Both those that were in half and whole. The serrated cutter works very well in slicing through with much more ease than a straight one would do.

Poorly designed and manufactured, the blades on this cutter cut into the plastic casing, contaminating food with plastic shavings. To make matters worse, the metal blades snapped after only a few uses, and customer service was unhelpful, demanding extensive documentation.

for the price you have to pay for these you would think they would last a long time but my blade barely lasted a month. all we were chopping was tomatoes when the blade just busted. wouldn't recommend especially for that price.

Needs onions diced easily? Need to relieve stress while doing it? The insta chop is the necessary tool for your kitchen. It’s heavy and slightly bulky but works smooth as butter when prepping diced food for your restaurant needs. I would suggest using a small brush to clean the grate to make sure you get all these excess pieces of food out so it’s clean for the next use.

Wow! What a timesaver. Every prep would love to have one of these. Excellent slicer!!
