Whether you're operating a hotel, restaurant, or bar, this unit is capable of providing juice at a high volume on-demand without taking up much of your kitchen or dining space. Thanks to the transparent juicing process and sleek design, customers can also enjoy watching the fruit being juiced in action.
This all-in-one unit is housed on a 31 15/16" x 26 13/16" x 69 15/16" sleek mirror podium to create an autonomous system that is easy to keep clean and sanitary. Capable of extracting the juice of up to 40 oranges or other medium-sized citrus fruits per minute, and providing approximately 1 gallon of juice per minute, speed is at the forefront of the features of the Speed Up. The automatic feeder will make operation of this unit effortless. There's no need to worry about constant reloading; the hopper on top of the machine can hold up to 44 lb. of fruit! This juicer comes with a drip tray that is integrated into the podium, and an automatic PulpOut system that removes the pulp from your machine and automatically dispenses it into a waste receptacle placed below the unit. This keeps your machine as clean and hygienic as possible.
The included Up tap and bottle holder will conveniently deposit your juice into your glass or pitcher for serving. The easy-to-use digital display includes 2 modes for precise extraction. Add small and large juice extraction kits (sold separately) to use this juicer for other fruits including lemons, limes, tangerines, or grapefruits to give your customers as many fresh options as possible. The strong motor and housing will provide long-lasting durability and will hold up to heavy use. It also has a IPX4 water resistance rating for added convenience to protect against humid or steamy environments. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
