This rigid, durable charbroiler includes 10 skewers to create kabobs with large pieces of meat, seafood, or vegetables. It also includes an optional grill grate. It is designed to give your food a charbroiled outdoor flavor with indoor convenience. It features (8) 8,500 BTU inshot gas burners to deliver a maximum of 68,000 BTU. Its 30 3/4" x 21 3/8" grill size provides 657 sq. in. of cooking space. The durable ceramic hearth transfers radiant heat to the cooking surface and reaches a temperature of 1,600 degrees Fahrenheit to sear your meat while preserving its natural flavor. It uses Barbriq bricks to transmit heat to the food being cooked, utilizing the natural juices for a more natural fuel.
This countertop charbroiler features a mid-closed front to contain heat and improve efficiency and an open, recessed hearth to provide direct exposure of the food to the heat source. This design is easy to operate and maintain with a self-cleaning hearth and no messy grease trays. Its burner jets are located along the sides to prevent clogging from dripping grease or food particles. This charbroiler features zero recovery time for high-volume broiling applications. Its Flaretrol system controls flame flare-ups during broiling. It requires a natural gas connection and a 120V electrical connection for the Flaretrol system.
