Create a reliable ice system in your establishment with this Scotsman ice machine. This unit's innovative horizontal evaporator uses spray jets to remove impurities, allowing it to create slow-melting, crystal-clear ice cubes. It produces 100 lb. of 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8" medium-sized ice per day and stores up to 57 lb. of ice daily, helping to keep up with the demands of your restaurant, bar, cafe, or break room. It uses R-290 refrigerant and consumes only 8.07 kWh of energy per 100 lb. of ice produced. Its intuitive control panel makes it easy to operate and adjust the ice thickness or harvest time.

This self-contained ice machine boasts a durable corrosion-resistant exterior with aluminum alloy side panels. It features a compact, front-breathing design to fit in areas with limited space. Plus, its ergonomic door slides up instead of swinging out to easily access the ice bin while requiring less clearance. An ice scoop is conveniently included to help retrieve ice.

This ice machine stands on 6" adjustable legs for leveling on uneven surfaces. When you need documents related to your ice machine or want to check on the warranty status, the unit-specific QR code lets you find all the information you need by simply scanning the code with your mobile device. This unit meets U.S. Safe Drinking Act low lead requirements. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a power cord.

I have had this machine for a few years, it has been nothing but a lemon,no one will work on it, it constantly keeps breaking down, and now I need o just get a new one. Our local refrigeration tech, won't even answer or return our calls, that is how much he refuses to work on it. Do Not buy!!!!!
