Constructed with a stainless steel / polycarbonate frame with a molded polycarbonate bed and polypropylene pressure grid, this slicer is built to last through frequent use in your establishment. Plus, aluminum tension bars add to its durability. This slicer cuts 1" x 1" cubes, or you can rotate the top blade assembly to produce 1/2" slices.
