I purchased this product to slice large quantities of lemons. I used the lemons in vases as decoration for a wedding reception. It was perfect for what I used it for and it cut down on labor tremendously. I strongly recommend this product for fast and quality results.

Very well-built slices fine and easy on the hands and arm clean means a bit of disassembly but nothing out of the normal. The footprint is a bit large so plan ahead a location
this easy fruit or vegetable slicer is the best. I use this everyday and it doesn't take up time. I highly recommend this product if you want your food to be cut up fast.
This slicer makes a nice consistent cut incredibly fast...as long as the blades are fresh. Otherwise, it bruises the flesh. As with all slicers the biggest downside is clean up.
we like nemco products and we use this a lot . We cut a lot of onions. ITs USA made its a great piece for the price.
We use this product to slice limes in our restaurant. We use the limes to garnish our drinks so we might cut 4 or 5 cases of limes per week. This slicer makes the process really easy and safe! The amount of time we have saved is incredible, I extremely recommend this product!
We use this item to slice onions and then switch over to the Nemco Easy Chopper II to dice them. It makes the entire process very quick, plus saves a lot of money over buying bags of pre-diced onions which are often slimy or freezer-burnt. Fresh sliced and chopped is the way to go, and Nemco makes it simple.
Cuts my onions and tomatoes so easy. Just make sure 1/4" is right thickness for your food. I should have ordered thinner cut slicer. Otherwise, 5stars.
