Create perfect pizzas with this Pegasus Melstone series pizza oven! This professional pizza oven features a single deck and fits up to (4) 12" pizzas. Its 27" x 27" oven chamber features an 8" high refractory baking deck and a refractory baking bedplate to help distribute heat. This pizza oven offers a temperature range of up to 752 degrees Fahrenheit, and it includes independently controlled top and bottom heating outputs. It is easy to operate with a thermostatic temperature control, and it includes an interior temperature indicator to monitor the oven's heat.
This unit is made with a heavy-duty stainless steel interior, exterior, and door. It has a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame to allow for double stacking. It's fully insulated to maintain consistent interior temperatures even with cooler outer temperatures. This oven includes a door with a tempered glass pane and a durable front cover mechanism to help retain the oven's high heat. Its interior lighting provides clear visibility. This unit has a rear electrical connection. It requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation, but it is field convertible to a 1-phase unit.
