If you prefer the flavor of freshly processed fruits rather than canned, this tomato mill will help you prep the ingredients you need quickly. This Tre Spade tomato mill features (1) 1.5mm sieve, ideal for producing smooth, seed-free tomato puree. The mill easily separates seeds and skin, leaving smooth fruit puree behind.
The body is made from durable cast iron with double hot tinning, while the cone, funnel, and drip pan are made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel for exemplary corrosion resistance. This unit features a 2 1/2" hopper opening so that you can easily insert larger chunks of food. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
