Designed for busy kitchens, the Hobart Advansys high temperature undercounter dishwasher delivers ultimate convenience and reliability. This dishwasher can clean up to 30 racks per hour, while only using 0.62 gallons of water for a standard cycle. Equipped with light, normal, and heavy modes, each cycle begins with a soft start and fills automatically. Featuring a two-level racking capability (kit sold separately), this particular machine sanitizes with hot water. An integrated Sense-A-Temp booster heater increases temperatures by 70 degrees Fahrenheit for a final rinse water temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, this machine's energy recovery system eliminates steam in the dishroom and saves you up to 15% on energy consumption.

This washer boasts a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, snap-in revolving rinse arms, and anti-clogging wash arms that cleanse your dishes every time. Two-stage wash tank filtration helps to minimize rewashes, while the automatic pumped drain removes wash and rinse water at the end of cycles. To simplify care and maintenance of your unit, it has an AutoClean cycle that automatically rinses and flushes the interior once the machine has shut down. It also features an innovative automated deliming cycle with booster guard, which will notify you when it's time to run and dispense for you.

Incredibly user-friendly, this dishwasher is built with a top-mounted color touchscreen control panel. Wi-Fi connectivity allows you to monitor the unit through the SmartConnect app, which provides you with temperature logs, error code reports, and usage analysis. Plus, advanced service diagnostics and error notifications like low temperature or chemical alerts also make it easy to isolate symptoms for troubleshooting, reducing the need for expensive and time-consuming service calls. For added reliability, this washer even comes with an energy saver mode!

Detergent, rinse aid, and delime pumps are included to make it easy to get this unit up and running! Featuring a convenient 17" door opening, (1) 20" x 20" peg rack and (1) 20" x 20" combination rack come standard with this unit, allowing you to clean a variety of bowls, plates, and other dishes with ease. The pot and pan mode also allows you to easily fit and clean a single sheet pan, as well as other cookware. A 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection is required for operation.

I purchased this dishwasher expecting reliability, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. Despite very light use, the pump failed just one month after the one-year warranty expired. I recommend considering other options.
