This Ecoline by Hobart 20 qt. planetary stand mixer provides the versatility and power needed in commercial settings. It comes standard with four accessories, including a 20 qt. stainless steel bowl, a beater, a whip, and a dough hook. To keep up with demand, the gear-driven transmission and high-torque 1 hp motor reduce downtime while delivering standard-duty performance. Combined with the mixer's 3 speeds, these features ensure that product is beaten, whipped, and otherwise mixed with consistent, quality results.

For user convenience, the mixer includes a timer to keep track of how long it's processing ingredients. In doing so, it helps prevent overmixing, which wastes both product and time. Plus, the Last Time Remind feature saves the last time set on the timer, making it ideal for batch use. After adding ingredients to the bowl, easily raise the bowl into position with the manual EZ Grip bowl lift. Its ergonomic design ensures proper leverage and comfort for a strain-free process, even when the bowl is full of product, and it has a front-mounted #12 taper attachment hub to be used with Hobart #12 size attachments.

This mixer features large, easy-to-use controls with solid-state overload protection. Plus, the start / stop push buttons are internally sealed. To keep the user safe during operation, the mixer also uses a triple interlock system; only when the bowl is in place in the raised position with the bowl guard over the opening will the mixer operate. After operation, the stainless steel bowl guard is easy to remove for cleaning, and the sleek black and gray frame with metallic styling is easy to wipe down. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
