Perfect for kitchens with limited space, the Hatco FR-9 food rethermalizer / bain marie heater attaches to the bottom of your bain marie or food reconstitutor with included hardware, leaving the entire water bath free for products.

The Hatco FR-9 food rethermalizer / bain marie heater recirculates water through your bain marie or food reconstitutor to keep a consistent supply of fresh water at 140 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, which prevents cold spots. It also features a built-in ECO (Energy Cut-Off) system that cuts power to the heating elements if the temperature of the water goes above the normal thermostat setting, to prevent over cooking.
