Designed for continuous use, the Otto is perfect for juice bars that serve juice all day long, but also works well for establishments that want to enhance their drink menu. Compact in size but big on practical features, this juicer will provide flavorful, nutritious juice every time.
The heart of the Otto centrifugal juicer is its brushless induction motor. Built to be extremely durable, the motor features dual ball bearings and dual cooling fans for long lasting performance. Capable of running at 3600 RPM, it's not only powerful, but also unusually quiet, making this juicer perfect for front-of-house applications. For safety, the lid comes with an interlock feature that shuts down the motor if the lid is removed during operation.
For convenience, the lid comes with a large 3" diameter feed chute. Many items, like medium sized apples, can be added without the need for cutting which reduces your prep time. An ergonomic food pusher fits easily in the chute, allowing you to safely add items to the juicer while it's in operation.
Fruits and vegetables enter the feed chute and get processed by a sharp cutting blade. Fast spinning action removes the solids to the pulp basket for easy removal, while the fresh juice can be dispensed directly from the spout. A unique funnel-shaped design allows for 360 degree rotation of the spout, which reduces drips and keeps your counter clean. In addition to that, the over-sized, non-skid drip tray will catch any spills.
Easy for any operator to use, this unit comes with simple start / stop controls and runs at a single speed. Ruggedly built with a heavy-duty metal handle, stainless steel strainer basket, stainless steel juice bowl, and a die-cast aluminum base, this juicer is made for repeated use in a busy environment. The individual components are easy to remove and a cleaning brush is included to assist with daily cleaning.
