This is an utter disappointment, invested so much in it and it does not speed up the work process at all, instead slows it down; We expected something that would make our daily operations easier and faster instead we got something that is making everything wrong. The return policy is disappointing, you have to return the item, unopened and not used, how will you know that you don't like it, when you have not used it? We buy so much from webrestaurantstore and would expect some privileges as a regular customer.

Hands down one of the best purchases we have ever made, 1st time at pizza none of the employees experienced and we have a nice constant crust all the time, we did have to do trouble shooting when we first purchased it to get the right thickness

This manual dough press is easy to use and flexible with features like a heat indicator light and a digital timer that starts automatically when the handle is lowered.

This dough press is a great product, but it does require a relatively think dough to work effectively. We bought this product with high hopes that the timer feature and setting would create better uniformity over a traditional dough roller. Unfortunately, this product has not worked for us (presumably because our dough is too thick). I would suggest buying locally and trying it out rather than buying it online as returns are costly and difficult.

Very happy with this product when used properly. Make sure there is no flour or debris from previous dough. Lubricate well vegetable oil spray. Use lower temperature setting during warm weather.

This dough press makes rolling out dough a breeze and it will save you time and money! The machine heats up the dough and spreads it thin as it can get! Great buy!

DoughXpress DM_18 Manual Pizza Dough Press 18'.When we got the 18' for our pizza wagon cleed crazy jakes pizza .We sold alot more and made more proffit .The pizza skins are so much easier to make.Cooked in our stone brick oven yummy.

this is perfect for high output pizzarias. This press provides nice even thin crusts. I have had the plesaseure of having one on the hot line during lunch and dinner services at a high end restaurant and it allowed me to spend more of my time tending to the delicate toppings.

In my 15 years in the restaurant world this is the worst piece of equipment that I have ever purchased. It does not work as claimed. The company sells an overpriced piece of equipment that does not save time and fails to perform as advertised. Tried to make a return but due to the fact that we tried to use it they claimed it was a "used" item and unreturnable. Extremely poor customer service and in my opinion, con artists!!!!

The dough express manual pizza dough press definitely not a recommended item. It is bulky, heavy, space consuming, and does not work very well at all. The dough sticks to the surface does not spread very nicely and isn't the easiest item to work with.

Is difficult to operate and wouldn't recommend.. We have been kicking ourselves for not buying an automatic version of this. When the item states manual, they aren't kidding.!

This works great for pressing out dough! It came in very fast! It is very quick which is nice since we need it for fast pressing! Would highly suggest!
