Keep your food hot or cold, even in remote locations, by adding this Cres Cor 102-ST-1841E aluminum non-insulated full size holding cabinet to your camp, convention center, banquet hall, or catering business. Since this cabinet is designed to be warmed by (3) 7 oz. standard size cans of chafing fuel, it doesn't require an electrical connection and can be used in nearly any location.
This model is made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum with corrugated sides that add greater structural strength. The corrugations also serve as pan slides that can accommodate up to 38 full size sheet pans on 1 1/2" centers. The cabinet has a full-length reinforced door that opens up to 270 degrees so you can easily load and unload the cabinet. The door also latches to the side of the cabinet to keep it open when needed, and it has a gravity type latch to ensure it stays securely closed during transport.
For proper air flow, this model has adjustable vents in the door. It also has built-in pan stops on the door and on the interior of the cabinet so air can flow freely around your pans of food. So you can easily move this cabinet from your cooking area to your serving area, it has heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes.
