This brewer boasts an exclusive Peak Extraction® sprayhead for ultimate uniformity of flavor extraction. It also uses SmartWAVE technology to increase turbulence in the brew funnel, helping to further maximize flavor and ensure consistency while also blowing away residual water from the sprayhead to reduce limescale buildup.
This model's modern, sleek stainless steel design with smooth rounded angles makes it an attractive addition to any restaurant or cafe. It has an easy-to-read 4 5/16" touchscreen display with Visually Intuitive Programming for ultimate ease of use. Plus, the system is USB programmable so you can easily save and transfer recipes, and it is BUNNlink compatible to enable remote monitoring and communication (BUNNlink WiFi kit sold separately). With FreshLink built into the touchscreen, users can keep track of all active servers and their freshness times.
For user safety, an electronic funnel lock keeps the funnel in place until drip-through is complete. This unit can brew directly into thermal carafes or airpots (sold separately) thanks to the included flip tray.
