This True reach-in refrigerator offers superior temperature control, easy maintenance, and low utility costs. To promote easy product retrieval at all times, the unit features bright and even LED interior lighting. The easily replaceable, energy-efficient LEDs generate less heat than fluorescent bulbs to keep internal temperatures low, and because they last significantly longer than other lights, you'll save money on replacement costs over time. This unit can accomodate full-size sheet pans.
The unit includes gastronorm slides with three 20 7/8" x 25 9/16" gray wire shelves that are adjustable in 1/2" increments to help organize your ingredients in an efficient way. Its 1/2 hp bottom-mounted compressor operates in the coolest, most grease-free area of the kitchen for greater efficiency, and easier serviceability. It also raises the height of the bottom shelf for easier access and makes the self-cleaning condensing unit easier to reach for maintenance. For added ease of use, this unit features an exterior temperature display, so you don't have to open the door to view temperatures.
The positive seal, low-E double pane thermal glass door is self-closing and comes with a magnetic door gasket that provides a tight seal. It also has field-reversible hinges and locks for added peace of mind. In addition, the unit has stainless steel front and sides along with a corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back and top. Plus, the epoxy-coated evaporator is corrosion-resistant and the clear-coated aluminum interior and stainless steel base are sleek, resistant to spills, and easy to clean. This unit's cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for added structural strength and to reduce energy loss. This unit comes with (4) 4" stem casters, two with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning.
This reach-in refrigerator features a factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system using high-performance R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. R-290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. This refrigeration system holds a cabinet temperature of 33-38 degrees Fahrenheit to keep foods at safe storage temperatures and features an automatic defrost system that is time-initiated and temperature-terminated to save energy. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation and includes a 10 ft. cord.
