If you need extra space to store toppings and ingredients, this Beverage-Air SPE60HC-24M 60" mega top refrigerated sandwich prep table is the perfect way to do so! Featuring extra depth to accommodate an additional row of food pans, you can be sure that all of your customer's favorite toppings are within easy reach during peak hours of service.
This mega top unit comes with (24) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans, which provide you with plenty of room to store your sandwich or salad ingredients. The food pan layout can also hold 1/9 size food pans with additional adapter bars (sold separately) for ultimate flexibility. The 60" long by 10" deep cutting board is the perfect place to assemble sandwiches, subs, wraps, and hoagies. Plus, its smooth surface makes it easy to clean and prevents cracks and crevices from forming, which could harbor dangerous bacteria.
The refrigerated cabinet features two self-closing doors to keep cold air inside where it belongs. A 120 degree stay-open feature also allows for easier loading and unloading of products. The 1/3 hp compressor circulates environmentally-friendly R-290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
