Scratch and Dent Avantco HBB-50-HC 50" Black Horizontal Bottle Cooler

Bought this exact cooler in March, it is now may, cooler doesn't work and never has, I have called webstaurant, I have called avantco many times, they say they are trying to find a refrigeration tech, so I gave them phone numbers to refrigeration techs, still no calls, no techs, just a month and a half old cooler that has never worked. Webstaurant and avantco are the kings of run around, do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else, atleast a place with a customer service. Webstaurant and avantco are a complete joke. I gave a 1 star rating cause it won't accept 0 stars.

Purchased to replace equivalent True unit. Lets face it, its cheaper to replace then get repaired. We have been using it for a bit now and only have two complaints. The on and off switch is on the front toe kick section and is easily kicked and turned off without knowing. Second the sliding doors stick constantly which leaves us to remove doors and clean after every shift. The slightest hint of dirt seizes them. Other then that it keeps the beer cold. I would probably not purchase this model again but am willing to try a different style of cooler from Avantco. Can't beat the price!

Great cooler but have noticed the seals on the doors are cheap and already coming apart before we have eve started using it. We will see how long this last

One of the best purchases we've made! This cooler keeps our beer at optimal temperature and runs very quietly. Plenty of space for all of our domestic longnecks and easy to clean.

Cooler works great just as promised. It is quiet and nice looking. The lid slide well and do not stick. Ours is stocked with beer and it is ice cold. The digital temperature control is super nice and easy to adjust.

I like the Avantco products. Our business was in need of a beer cooler, and here we are. Delivery was fairly quick considering it was ground shipping from west coast to east coast. The driver and office both contacted me concerning delivery. This was awesome. I was updated by the driver about his drop off time and he was accommodating with my request for delivery location. We purchased the 80" bottle cooler for our small business. The cooler was delivered in good shape. It cooled directly down to proper temperature and has continued to keep our bottles nice and cold. All was good except they should NEVER ship with Ward Trucking. TERRIBLE SERVICE

This cooler with the added wheels makes this product so convenient for our athletic club. We are able to move it to any window we are serving from. The only downfall is the temperature settings. We are still trying to figure out just where to set them.

Gotta keep those beers cold and this is the way to do it. This unit works great. Is sleek and easy to clean as well.

So far this bottle cooler has been great. We are able to fit about 80 bottles of wine in it and it keeps them nice and chilled. We would purchase this item again.

This bar cooler came arrived very quickly. It was packaged very secure to avoid any damage which was a huge plus. Very happy with the overall product.

The cooler works fine until it doesn’t. Ours lasted less than six months but we had the warranty. The problem is the warranty. It’s a joke. They make it very difficult to file a claim and they ask for proof that we cleaned it. Should we have taken a video when we vacuumed the coils? We repaired the cooler at our own cost because the warranty is essentially a scam. Webstaraunt store shouldn’t have warranties like this or do business with warranty companies that are fraudsters. Don’t buy.

Bought this same cooler 3 years ago. It quit cooling this spring just after the 3 year warranty was up. The item should last longer than 3 years.

webstaurant did excelent with its delivery and the cooler was very well packaged havent plug it in yet but all is well. will do business with you folks again.

I'm using this in our new bar for almost a year. No complaints and works great

I loved how cold it got once i plugged it in. Being on wheels helped my husband and i move it around.

Delivered very quickly. Works great, keeps beer cold! :) Easy to reach in and does its job!
