There's no better way to ensure properly chilled plates or frosted glasses than by using the Avantco GF36-HC 36" black glass froster and plate chiller! With a powerful 1/2 hp compressor and a -5 to 2 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range, this glass froster is the perfect way to cool your salad plates before service or put a delicate layer of frost on your craft beer glasses.
The 8.5 cu. ft. of interior space can hold plenty of salad plates or beer mugs. The froster's compressor uses R290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. To simplify maintenance, this unit is equipped with an automatic defrost system.
The interior of this unit is made of white painted aluminum while the exterior is made of durable black steel. Polyurethane insulation helps to maintain the interior temperatures by minimizing temperature transfer while the sliding stainless steel door allows easy access when it's time to plate up your food or draw another glass of beer. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
