Scratch and Dent Arctic Air AR49 54" Two Section Solid Door Reach-in Refrigerator - 49 cu. ft.

The Refrigerator is Five star, we love it. It works great and was a huge help with our storage shortage. But I feel the shipping could have been much better, I was disappointed. It was over a week late and the men who deliver it from frate were unprofessional. Also when I tried to call and get an update on my shipping status I was given the run around before finally getting an answer. But I would recommend the refrigerator, I just hope your shipping experience is better than mine.

Kept everything in perfect temperature, only issue was the hinge that broke called arctic air and got a replacement. I do like the deep storage space.

I love my Arctic Air AR23 refrigerator for use in my bakery. I can easily slide in and stack up my half baking sheets full of cookie dough. It is quiet, keeps my products beautifully chilled and looks very sleek. It is a tall piece of equipment, especially on wheels. The digital thermometer on the outside is very handy. It really is a fine piece of machinery.

I bought the Arctic Air Fridge to put in our concession trailer. Inside trailer dimension is 7'6" tall & It fit perfectly with about an 1"-2" to spare. We had to alter a few minor things, like change the side the door opens (which was fairly easy) & had to change the casters to legs. But what I really like about this fridge is that the compressor is on the bottom which makes it easy to service if needed. We've had this for about 4 months now & it has not let us down yet. Oh & lots of room on the inside. Thanks Webstaurant for a great price & fast shipping!!!

We use this to store our cheese in.. Yes, all cheese! it's worked out great for us and holds it's temp as it should. It cleans nicely too.

This refrigerator is a perfect size for the space I had available. It has been a great investment and works really good. It keeps to the correct temperature needed to pass health dept standards

This is a a great refrigerator, nice display, good controls, awesome price. The manual comes with wiring diagram for diagnostic purposes, which is a big plus for future me. I only wish they offered the model with door oriented on (what is currently) the side, since it's rather narrow for the depth (but that seems to be par for the course with smaller commercial fridges.

This is a terrible refrigerator. This is a replacement refrigerator supplied by Artic Air. It is experiencing the same issue that the original one purchased from webstaurant.com. It works ok (takes a little while to temp cool) when it first arrived. Then right around the time the warranty was about to expire, it wouldn’t hold a cool temp at all. Multiple repairs, multiple issues (door does not sit flush with housing). Finall Arctic agent is a replacement, same model but without a new warranty. Wouldn’t you know that this replacement HAS THE SAME ISSUES. Currrently on the market for a new replacement . The quality and value is not worth it and I will never purchase Arctic air again. The cost of repairs is quickly approaching the cost of a new fridge
