Suggested Recipe: Cookie Dough Ice Cream
16 fl. oz. Oringer cookie dough ice cream base
2 1/2 gallons liquid ice cream mix
1 quart frozen cookie dough pieces
6-8 fl. oz. Oringer chocolate enrober coating
Combine all ingredients except for enrober coating in your commercial ice cream machine and run according to manufacturer's instructions. Heat the enrober coating to the appropriate temperature and dip in a waffle cone to coat the top. Serve scoops of cookie dough ice cream in the chocolate-dipped cone for a delicious and memorable treat!
