Webstaurant has them labeled as Polyethylene plastic but the bins have HDPE label. Plenty sturdy but would like them to be a little thicker plastic for the 10+ year lifespan feel

We really love this item. It works perfect for ventilation of our vegetables in the walk-in refrigerator. We also use them to transport vegetables when taking them to market. The way they stack is great.
