We own three other espresso machines for our locations: two super automatics and one traditional. This is the worst machine I have ever used and the service is atrocious. You and your company deserve better. We received a three year old machine whose internal counter showed significant use, despite Nuova SImonelli and Webstaurant Store claiming the machine was new. The machine arrived 5 weeks after we ordered it, despite no indication there would be a delay in delivery. Nuova Simonelli's installers incorrectly assembled the machine despite causing leaks. The claimed 'new' machine had internal pieces falling off when we received it. The USB port does not work, so we cannot backup or load menus and settings. The machine frequently will not turn on and reach temperature so we can actually use it. Getting a technician out takes 7-8 days, despite the warranty claims of a response within 1 business day.
