Dear Webstaurant Store Customer Service, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent orders. I originally placed an order for approximately 70 glasses, paid by credit card, and chose FedEx International Priority delivery. The first shipment took longer than expected to arrive, and unfortunately less than 10% of the glasses arrived intact. I called your customer service to report this, and a replacement order was issued in a timely manner — which I appreciated. However, when the second order arrived, I was surprised to be charged additional duty fees, even though everything was already paid for in the first shipment. On top of that, nearly 50% of the glasses in this replacement shipment were once again damaged. At this point, I do not intend to waste any more time requesting another replacement.
