Solve any issues of baking in limited space by choosing the NU-VU by Doyon full-size electric countertop convection oven! It's a quality space-saving option that sits just 30" wide. NU-VU's patented V-Air technology distributes controlled, heated air evenly to all areas of the oven to ensure even baking. The oven can cook at up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, and the full-view tempered glass door allows you to watch over your products throughout the entire baking process!
This oven features a stainless steel interior and exterior and rests on 6" legs. The oven cavity holds 5 full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans and has 4" shelf spacing. You can choose a left or right hinged door for this oven. This oven requires a 240V electrical connection for operation.
