The universal, multi-purpose design can fit (6) 18" x 26" full-size or (12) 18" x 13" half-size sheet pans, platters, or trays. It can also accommodate (6) 10" x 20" or 20" x 22" roast & bake pans, (6) 18" x 26" roasting pans, or (6) 12" x 20" steam table pans. It suits (6) 20" x 20" cup glass & dish racks or (6) 20 3/4" x 25 1/2" European standard gastronorm pans. Or, you can fit (6) 15" x 20" or (6) 14" x 18" service trays or standard lugs.
This industrial- and commercial-grade cart is great for use in supermarkets, commercial kitchens, schools, and warehouses. It is made of primary-grade, fully welded aluminum with no cracks or crevices to catch dirt, and it supports up to 400 lb. This construction is easy to clean and resists rust and corrosion. With rounded bar-style shelf channels, it provides easy loading and unloading from any direction. This unit rolls on (4) 5" stem-type polyurethane swivel casters for easy maneuverability.
