This model boasts a capacity of 500 lb. and rolls on (4) 5" stem-type swivel casters for easy transport.
This durable rack is constructed of welded aluminum with a framework made of 1" wall tubing. It is both rust- and corrosion-resistant for commercial and industrial applications. Its heavy-duty extruded runners provide easy loading and unloading and are rounded at each end for easy access to pans. This refrigerator / proofer rack is designed to be loaded from the ends to streamline your workflow.
