This New Age Industrial slicer / mixer stand is designed for a variety of standard food preparation applications. With an ergonomic working height, it is great for use as a slicer or mixer stand, mobile work surface, or pan transport cart. It features end-loading sheet pan storage, allowing it to store up to (16) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, platters, or trays or (32) 18" x 13" or 18" x 14" half-size sheet pans, platters, or trays. Its convenient outrigger channels create up to 6.5 sq. ft. of additional workspace, providing room for ingredients, tools, and staging.
This stand is made of primary-grade, all-welded aluminum for long-lasting durability. It is both rust- and corrosion-resistant to withstand commercial and industrial environments. The framework is made of 1 1/2" wall tubing, while the runners are constructed of 3/4" wall channel. Both the top and outriggers are made of aluminum sheet. This model includes 4 vertical corner bumpers to protect nearby walls and equipment. It rolls on (4) 5" plate-type swivel casters with brakes for convenient mobility and parking.
