It boasts a durable construction with a 16 gauge steel frame apron and 14 gauge legs, ensuring long-lasting use. Plus, the 11 gauge steel tabletop support tabs and corner brackets fuse with 4 heavy-duty tamper-free Loctite hex screws.
The 12 gauge leg base is fastened to the tabletop with 4 heavy-duty screws, and for additional strength, the legs connect to the frame corner brackets with industrial-grade nylon-insert lock nuts. The fixed height legs are built with 1 1/3" inserts, ensuring sturdiness. This table comes with simple-adjust glides to protect your floors, and it is compatible with caster / gusset kits (sold separately) that allow for mobility. Always ready for the next experiment or demonstration, this science table stands up to frequent usage for years to come.
