Constructed for durability and longevity, this National Public Seating SLT5-2448PBC 24" x 48" height adjustable science lab table with oak legs and book compartments is designed to meet all of your classroom needs! The legs are adjustable in 3/4" increments between 29" and 41" to best suit the age group in your classroom or to switch between standing and sitting. Adjusting the height is as easy as standing on or holding the feet of the table and gently lifting the tabletop. The table's thick and sturdy legs are 2 3/8" in diameter each and automatically lock at your desired height to meet all seating requirements.

This table features a phenolic resin tabletop with a matte finish that is resistant to virtually any chemical! The tabletop is also stain- and crack-resistant, and can withstand extreme cold and heat of up to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Its four black, oversized floor glides have a smooth bottom to slide across a tile floor while also providing a stable base during experiments. Also included are four casters which give the table the ability to be easily moved to any desired location. With pre-drilled pilot holes, assembly will be a simple process to get you set up right away. Plus, for storage convenience, underneath the tabletop are two built-in book compartments to keep your classroom and tables free of clutter. To hide the book compartments, simply conceal them with the included side-panel apron.
