Provide versatile, practical seating for your science hall, art studio, music room, or classroom with the National Public Seating 6218B-10 18" black round hardboard lab stool. A 14" diameter seat pan rests 18" above the ground and features an 11 1/2" diameter hardboard seat for exceptional comfort. Designed to ensure long-lasting use, it is also secured with 8 metal rivets to protect against warping, cracking, and chipping.
For maximum stability, durable 18 gauge steel legs are welded to the foot ring at four contact points per leg, and each leg is capped with a non-marring polypropylene glide for easy movement and scratch resistance. Plus, an included backrest has a 6" x 12" support area and can be adjusted in 2" increments up, down, forward, or backward to create a customized seat that your students and guests will love.

Awesome retro looking stools - very well made and should stand the test of time! The seats are a bit wider offering a more comfortable sitting experience. Perfect for bar height seating.

The testing department asked for workbench stools and these were the perfect fit! the backs required minimal assembly and we were sitting within minutes. The back is sturdy and even holds up to rocking or leaning on the back 2 feet!!! They are great!

I used this type of chair back in college in our labs and also later on when I worked in the hospital lab. Even tho it's a hardwood seat, it's still amazingly comfortable because of width, you're not sitting on it's edge. I plan to get a few more soon.
