It is now almost 3 months later and I still haven't been able to use this... I reached out to Webstaurant within 2 weeks of ordering to notify them something was not right as this thing only froze the first time I turned it on. After that it did not, randomly one time it froze again in the following days. I was told they could not take it back because it was faulty and I would need to deal with their warranty provider... annoying but ok. btw I was well within the return window and I feel like the rep that emailed me didn't really care that I had bought a piece of junk. sent me the info and told me, " here, you deal with it".
