I'm a caregiver for my 87 year old friend. She eats 2 to 4 packs of these each day with her coffee and lunch. I eat a pack every now again If I haven't had any breakfast. Cranberry Orange is definitely the best flavor. You can't buy them in the large "value size" boxes in the Grocery Stores.
