The phone includes a robust, digital answering system, which features a digital receptionist and auto attendant. This offers 10 separate message inboxes, a message time/day stamp, a voice time/day stamp, remote access, remote message retrieval, and call screening. It also supports a voice menu system with voice prompts and accommodates up to 200 minutes of recording time. All of these features help your business automatically direct calls to the appropriate line or information, minimizing the time employees spend on the phone.

In addition, a caller ID feature makes it easy to see who is calling, so you know when it's that call you've been expecting. This particular feature includes call waiting for when you're juggling priorities, as well as dial back, review and delete, and automatic date and time set. It can even store up to 30 speed dial settings for those numbers your business is always dialing. With a bright, backlit LCD display, this phone is easy to read and intuitive to use. It even allows for 6-way conferencing and includes an intercom. To save deskspace, it can be mounted to the wall.
