Monix 013206 Monix 50 Cup (25 Cup Raw) 12.66 qt. (12 Liter) Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker

These are great pressure cookers. I have had four and have been very happy with them. We use them frequently in our commercial kitchen. The only problem I have is with the manufacture. I have contacted them numerous times for parts replacement parts and they have been terrible at getting back to me. It has been over six months and they continue to tell me they will look into it and get back to me.

These are horrible pressure cookers. We have had more than one already and they are not made for commercial use. The handles melt and will detached with in a month of use. The turning piece on top melts like an ice cream immediately after use and we have to use a screw driver every time we use it to make sure it tightens the lid properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I bought this item about 13 months ago, at first it seemed excellent, but I haven't cooked well for a while now, the meat comes out tough and I have to leave it for hours to get it to its ideal point, and I just discovered that it has a crack.

Worked pretty good for about 6 months. We use it everyday and it worked fine accept the handles kept falling off. Just today the lid stopped sealing and it can't be used anymore. I'm looking for a new brand. Would not buy again.

Here at Lolas Cuban Food Truck we have had a few pressure cookers but this one have been the best by far, after a long time using as you can notice in the picture it shows almost no wear and the handles are still there, that is a common problem with pressure cookers. I totally recommend it!

I love the look of this pressure cooker. It fits in well in my kitchen and the price is excellent for how well it works. It is very easy to clean and it cooks evenly. I would highly recommend it.

Pressure cooker works well. We reduced our cooking times somewhat but because it doesn't hold that much product we have to cook in stages. Would recommend.
