Monin 750 mL Chai Tea 7:1 Concentrate - 12/Case

This tastes SO bad! The color looked promising after mixing it with milk. After only a few sips, it was impossible to drink any more. It tastes fake and synthetic. It has a chemical after taste. This is not real chai. Don't serve your customers this!

This is not my favorite chai for lattes but it is excellent for apple cider. We add a half pump to a 12oz apple cider and it gives so much depth to the flavor. The 7:1 concentrate is a great money savor. You’ll be surprised by how far this bottle goes.

Flavor seems a bit atypical for a chai, there’s almost a weird nutty/earthy flavor to it. The flavor in milk almost reminded me of an eggnog more than chai. It is described as a green tea blend, so maybe that’s why it isn’t what I was expecting. The flavor wasn’t unpleasant but it wasn’t what I was looking for to make my chai lattes with either. I did A/B testing of this versus DaVinci concentrate and DaVinci was preferred (n=2).

Decent option, although doesn't taste like Chai at all to me. No spicy flavor, like Chai normally has... just tastes like a sugary-syrup FYI. Fixed this via adding in additional Chai seasoning, when serving up hot versions.

Great strong chai flavor but it’s sweetened which I didn’t notice, although it overly sweet.

This concentrate is okay however I didn't feel like it had the best tasting chai. it's definitely a good alternative to having to make your own or doing a powder though.

Monin makes some great products so I wasn't surprised when I tried this chai tea concentrate and loved it. Really convenient with the pump style bottle and easy to make.

We wouldn't use any other syrup in our chai Teas!! The taste is great, not too sweet or too spicy. It is smooth and mixes well in everything. It also does great when we add flavor syrups to it.

By far the best chai concentrate I have used in a very long time. My previous favorite brand was discontinued, so I had to find another. This is not only an excellent substitute but surpasses my previous brand.

A really great chai tea concentrate that is perfect for making great tasting drinks. The concentrate is really potent so a little bit goes a long way when diluting with water. The taste is wonderful.

The Monin Chai Tea Concentrate is efficient and makes great tasting Chai Tea lattes. It is inexpensive and tastes great. I would recommend this for any restaurant.

If you're going for a concentrate then this is a very good option and Monin is a good brand. The powder formulas can sometimes be a little more flavorful but the syrups are an upgrade for convenience.

This is the best chai concentrate that we have tried. It actually tastes like an authentic spiced tea. If we add some of our own specialty tea, we can get very close to what it would taste like to brew everything from scratch.

We use this for our Iced Chai Tea Lattes. I love it! It is quite sweet. We haven't used as a hot drink yet, so can't comment on how it is. I suspect it might be even sweeter hot. We've also used this with the Monin Unsweetened Espresso Concentrate and milk to make a dirty chai latte. All of Monin's products are excellent!
