For an iced chai, simply fill a glass with ice, mix 1 oz. concentrate with water or milk, stir, and serve. It is conveniently pre-sweetened with pure cane sugar, making it an easy one step solution to serving quality chai tea in your establishment. Each bottle makes approximately (25) 8 oz. drinks.

1.5 oz. spiced rum
0.25 oz. Monin chai tea concentrate
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. pomegranate juice

Fill a serving glass with ice. Pour the ingredients into a mixing tin. Add the ice from the serving glass, and cap, shake, and pour back into the glass. Garnish with a cherry and an orange, and serve.
