- The weight capacity of each mobile shelving unit is determined by the type of caster. Polyurethane casters have a total load rating of 900 Ibs. Rubber casters have a total load rating of 600 Ibs. The amount and or type of shelves do not affect the weight capacity.
Metro N556EBR Details
Use this versatile Metro Super Erecta N556EBR Brite wire shelving unit to keep your dry storage area neatly organized. It features four polyurethane swivel casters so you can easily maneuver it for cleaning, while two of them lock to keep the unit securely in place during use. These durable polyurethane casters can hold 300 lb. more than rubber casters, and have a greater resistance to oil and grease.
Four durable open wire shelves allow for great visibility and air circulation, which reduces dust accumulation. The shelves can be adjusted at 1" intervals along the entire unit, allowing you to store a variety of items any way you choose. The unit's Brite chromate finish gives it the sleek appearance of chrome, while a protective lacquer coat keeps it looking great even after heavy use. The shelving unit comes with four shelves, posts, plastic split sleeves, donut bumpers, and polyurethane casters (2 locking).
