Great for fast-paced food service operations, staging dishes for presentation, or holding finished dishes for dinner service, the Metro Super Erecta EZHS48W-KIT 24" x 48" workstation with stainless steel heated shelf is a great convenience to have on hand. This all-in-one station is equipped to help you complete and store orders in the most efficient way possible. The type 304 stainless steel construction makes cleaning a breeze, ensuring the unit can be used to its fullest potential.

This unit offers a 24" stainless steel shelf that doubles as a workspace. The shelf can be used to prep and stage dishes, or simply to store ingredients or equipment. Above the work shelf, a 14" aluminum core heated shelf and 14" wire shelf provides storage for prep materials or meals that are ready to be served. A thermostatic dial allows you to precisely choose your shelf temperature up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and is easily turned on and off with a switch. Note that the minimum clearance from the bottom of the shelf to any combustible surface is 1 1/2", and the recommended spacing between shelves is 5 3/4". The area under the worktop is completely open, providing ample room for more storage bins, or even another shelf or cart! This workstation is a great way to ensure your orders and clean-up process are moving as quickly as possible. Keep your order service running as efficiently as possible with this workstation! This unit requires a 120V electrical connection and comes with a cord and plug.
