This base plate kit is designed to be used with Super Erecta and MetroMax shelving units. Included with this kit is everything required for installation. It includes one base plate, four clevis pins, four cotter pins, two seismic labels, and two SES label holders. With all necessary components included and no drilling required, this base plate kit is easy to install and level. The square base plate included in this kit is chromate-plated for impressive longevity. It features an easy-to-clean, low-profile design with four post sockets.
The 4-post, 6-bolt design allows flexibility to work around the rebar. The base plate is shaped for optimum support while minimizing its footprint to create more storage space and reduce potential trip hazards. This kit helps create back-to-back configurations. The seismic labels and label holders allow a concise understanding of the shelving limits to be conveyed. This base plate kit has earned pre-approval from the Department of Healthcare Access and Information (HCAI) for new construction in the state of California, subject to California building codes. It will help provide secure shelving in seismic zones.
