So the Metro RE1P arrived with no visible signs of shipping damage, The unit came disassembled so I had to put it together with a friend as the install instructions said. Almost 3 hours later finally had to figure it out on my own. Instructions were terrible, parts of the wire prep wrap were bent so i did not want to damage the unit but I had no choice. When I took a pair of pliers and bent the rack it finally went together. once it was, it was sturdy, When i went to install the top prep board there are 4 rubber grommets when installed one would not set on the grommet it keep popping up, So i had to bent one side of the prep table up to get it to set. In my opinion the worst instruction I have ever read.Quality control needs to be revamped be I ever buy another one.!!

This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought on this site. The assembly instructions are almost non existstant. Once it's assembled the shelves do not fit full size pans as indicated, and the cutting board attaches to the frame by 4 plastic clips, 2 of which were broken off during shipping. The cutting board pops off at the slightest use of pressure. Webstaurants return policy is such, that you're better off chucking the thing in the garbage and buying a new one from an actual equipment supplier, instead of dealing with their ridiculous restocking fee and good luck using original packaging when you need to rip it apart to get to the item. Especially the way they just tape old boxes together to create a shipping crate. I am seriously considering canceling my account with them!
