Capable of 5 different work surface heights anywhere from 35 1/8" to 39 1/8", this work station has a myriad of potential uses. Whether you're transporting bulk ingredients from one end of your kitchen to the next or chopping up fresh vegetables to refill your salad bar, the possibilities are endless!

The upper shelf is constructed of solid galvanized steel that is both durable for heavy use as well as very easy to clean. The lower shelf is Metro's Brite zinc wire, which has a chromate finish and is ideal for dry, low humidity environments. It has the look of chrome and includes a protective lacquer finish. Plus, since it is wire style, it is great for ingredients that require proper air circulation. The 4 chrome plated posts are both sleek as well as easy to clean. Four included casters are all capable of locking both the caster wheel and the hub to provide the utmost stability. In addition, this MultiStation features 2 magic rings and 1 white cutting board. The magic rings are designed to hold your 1/3 and 1/6 size hotel pans next to your prep surface, making it easy to quickly slide fruits, meats, and vegetables from your cutting board to your pans. This allows you to avoid handling foods when chopping them!

The PrepMate multi-rail can hold cutting boards and food pans for quick and easy change-over and cleanup. It also provides multi-level configuration that allows your work surfaces to hang above your containers. This is ideal in a scenario such as performing food preparation, so you can push freshly chopped vegetables directly into their designated pans as you finish chopping them. This system will increase your productivity while consuming a small footprint.
