The shelves conveniently adjust in 1" increments, creating more or less space between each other to best suit the size of your trays, cutting boards, or sheet pans. This unit is made of strong, corrosion-proof polymer with stainless steel shelf corners so you don't need to worry about it rusting even when it comes into contact with humidity or chemicals in your dish room. It even boasts Microban antibacterial coating to protect against mold, mildew, bacteria, fungus, and other harmful bacteria.
This drying rack includes 1 shelf, 2 stainless steel drop-in racks, and 1 cutting board / tray rack to conveniently dry and store a large number of kitchen essentials. These racks are designed to prevent wet nesting, since allowing pans to be stacked together when wet can provide a breeding ground for bacteria. Each drying rack can hold up to 200 lb. of your supplies, so you can load it without worry. In addition, this mobile rack has 4 corrosion resistant polymer horn casters for easy movement, two with brakes, so that it can easily be moved to accommodate the changing conditions of a busy commercial kitchen.
