Over time our covers have been destroyed or vanished. It happens in a commercial kitchen. We have used these and will purchase these covers again. They are extremely durable. Their 6-mil thickness is noticeable when compared to the no-name versions you can pick up locally. Further, these covers are easy to clean, which is a necessity both for health reasons, and because in a commercial kitchen having something spill is an inevitability.
