The Metro C5 9 Series C595L-SFC-L half size insulated low wattage holding cabinet with clear door provides maximum control and convenience for keeping your food at the optimal serving temperature. Standing at only 44 3/4" tall, this cabinet is small yet mighty, as its aluminum lip loaded slides hold up to (17) 18" x 26" sheet pans on 1 1/2" increments. Its high-quality insulation and digitally controlled dual-element ducted heating system ensure that the cabinet heats and recovers quickly, up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, so your food's freshness is always preserved. Plus, with accurate humidity control, the opportunities for maintaining excellent-quality products are endless.

To boost efficiency, this cabinet comes with a built-in temperature controller, located on the top of the unit. It features four controls: a temperature dial, an alarm system, a humidity dial, and a recall and memory button. To use, simply set your desired cabinet temperature with the dial, and the adjacent digital screen will measure and display the cabinet's temperature in real-time. The humidity dial can be set to your preference as well, with the precise measurement displayed on a separate digital screen. While both temperature and humidity levels are tailored to your needs, the intuitive controller prioritizes heating the cabinet over humidifying it, protecting the integrity of the food inside. This controller also features two separate alarms, indicating when the water levels are low and when the temperature dips too low. For everyday convenience, the cabinet's temperature and humidity levels can be saved and re-launched with the touch of the recall and memory button.

This cabinet features solid, insulated, type 304 stainless steel construction for superior strength and durability in even the harshest commercial settings. A one-piece, double-hinged clear door swings out 180 degrees for optimal convenience during loading and unloading. The door is tempered with low-E, double-pane glass, which not only saves energy but allows you to see the contents of the cabinet without opening it. In addition, (4) 5" donut neoprene wheels, two with brakes, provide mobility and stability. This low wattage unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
