The Metro C5 8 Series C589L-SFC-LPFS full size insulated low wattage pass-through holding cabinet with clear door provides maximum control and convenience for keeping your food at the optimal serving temperature. Standing at 74 3/4" tall, this cabinet is built for volume, as its stainless steel lip loaded slides hold up to (35) 18" x 26" sheet pans on 1 1/2" increments. The innovative pass-through design allows it to be placed between your kitchen and serving area, as products can be easily accessed from both sides. Its high-quality insulation and digitally controlled ducted heating system ensure that the cabinet heats and recovers quickly, up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, so your food's freshness is always preserved. Plus, with the option to add humidity to the unit with an integral water pan system, the opportunities for maintaining excellent-quality products are endless.

To boost efficiency, this cabinet comes with a built-in temperature controller, located on the top of the unit. It features three controls: a temperature dial, a low-temperature alarm, and a recall and memory button. To use, simply set your desired cabinet temperature with the dial, and the digital screen will display the cabinet's temperature in real-time. The low-temperature alarm ensures that the cabinet maintains the set temperature and will indicate if there is a problem. For everyday convenience, the cabinet's temperature can be saved and re-launched with the touch of the recall and memory button.

This cabinet features solid, insulated, 304 type stainless steel construction for superior strength and durability in even the harshest commercial settings. A one-piece, double-hinged clear door swings out 180 degrees for optimal convenience during loading and unloading. The door is tempered with low-E, double-pane glass, which not only saves energy but allows you to see the contents of the cabinet without opening it. In addition, (4) 5" donut neoprene wheels with two brakes provide mobility and stability. This low wattage unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
