The Metro C5 6 Series C565L-SFS-U half size insulated low wattage holding cabinet with solid door provides maximum control and convenience for keeping your food at the optimal serving temperature. Standing at only 44 3/4" tall, this cabinet is small yet mighty, as its universal wire slides hold up to (8) 18" x 26" sheet pans on 1 1/2" increments. Its high-quality insulation and thermostatically controlled ducted heating system ensure that the cabinet heats and recovers quickly, up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, so your food's freshness is always preserved. Plus, with the option to add humidity to the unit with an integral water pan system, the opportunities for maintaining excellent-quality products are endless.

To boost efficiency, this cabinet comes with a built-in temperature controller, located on the top of the unit. It features two controls: a temperature dial with reliable readout and an analog thermometer. With two means of monitoring and managing temperature, any guesswork is removed. Simply set your desired cabinet temperature with the dial, and the readout will display the cabinet's temperature in real-time. The analog thermometer serves as a backup in the case of power outages or transport, so you still have continuous access to an accurate temperature reading.

This cabinet features solid, insulated, 304 type stainless steel construction for superior strength and durability in even the harshest commercial settings. A one-piece, double-hinged solid door swings out 180 degrees for optimal convenience during loading and unloading. The door is reinforced with double-panel construction, making it energy efficient. In addition, (4) 5" donut neoprene wheels with two brakes provide mobility and stability. This low wattage unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
