The Metro C5 4 Series C548N-SL 5/6 size insulated red transport cabinet provides maximum control and convenience for keeping your food at the optimal serving temperature while on-the-go. Standing at 58 1/4" tall, this cabinet is built for volume, as its lip load slides hold up to (29) 18" x 26" sheet pans on 1 1/2" fixed increments. Its high-quality insulation with foamed-in-place polyurethane polymer panels ensure that the cabinet maintains the optimal temperature, so your food's freshness is always preserved - with food staying hot for up to five hours and cold for up to three hours. Plus, the panels have molded-in handles, adding extra protection during transport.

This cabinet features solid, insulated, 304 type stainless steel construction with a High-Density Polyethylene exterior for superior strength and durability. A one-piece, double-hinged solid door swings out 180 degrees for optimal convenience during loading and unloading, and the door features a magnetic latch with lever-action release for quick access to the cabinet's interior. In addition, (4) 5" plate-mounted casters with two brakes provide mobility and stability.
