If your inventory is growing and you're running out of storage space, the Metro AX416G4 MetroMax 4 shelving add on unit provides you with everything you need without investing in an entirely new shelving unit! Made of a corrosion-resistant polymer material that protects against damage from chemicals and harsh environments, this unit resists rust even in damp environments to provide stability, strength, and cleanability along with a great value. This convenient kit includes two posts, four 21" x 24" shelves with removable mats, and 8 S-hooks.

By using two S-hooks per shelf, you can connect this add on unit to your existing shelving unit. Each of the two posts is fitted with an adjustable leveling foot so that you can easily compensate for uneven surfaces, while the included wedges securely attach shelves to the post without the use of tools, providing a quick and easy installation. To make sure that your shelving unit will meet the needs of your business, the shelves can be adjusted up and down in 1" increments depending on what you need to store. Each shelf has a 600 lb. capacity to hold your heaviest prep tools or bulk ingredients, and the entire shelving unit has a 2000 lb. maximum capacity.

For greater air flow and light penetration, the shelves on this unit come with grid style shelf mats. These 6" wide shelf mats can be removed from the shelf for quick and easy cleaning by hand or in a dishwasher. Plus, to ensure optimum sanitation, this shelving add on unit has an antimicrobial agent built into the shelf mats, frames, and posts to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold, or mildew.
